How long until I get my order?

Every item is printed on demand, so it's made after you order. Production takes about 2–5 business days, then shipping is 3–6 days in the US, 4–8 days in Europe, and 7–20 days for the rest of the world. Most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Wherever you are, we can get it to you.

Why is it print-on-demand?

Nothing is mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is made to order, which means less waste and no leftover stock — but it also means a short production wait before your order ships.

What size should I order?

Check our Size Guide before buying. Our apparel is unisex and several styles run large (European sizing), so when in doubt, size down. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing, so it's worth measuring first.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since each item is made specifically for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll replace it or refund you in full — just email us within 30 days with a photo. See our Refund & Returns Policy.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email contact@deepcut.shop within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no need to send anything back.

Will I be charged customs or duties?

International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you'll get a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.
