Because every DeepCut item is printed on demand specifically for you, we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind — the item didn't exist until you ordered it. Please use our Size Guide before ordering to choose the right fit.

That said, we stand fully behind the quality of what we make.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered (wrong item, wrong size printed, misprint), we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. No need to ship anything back.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@deepcut.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We'll confirm and arrange your replacement or refund right away.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your order never arrived, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
