Last updated: June 2026. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using deepcut.shop (the "Site"), operated by DeepCut ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Overview
DeepCut sells print-on-demand apparel and merchandise. By using this Site and purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any minor dependents to use the Site.

2. Products and orders
All items are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is listed in error, is unavailable, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. Product colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen. Sizing information is provided in each product's description — please review it before ordering.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes on international orders, which are assessed by your local customs office and are outside our control.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Intellectual property
The DeepCut name, Site content, and original designs are our property or used with permission, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our designs are original artistic works that may reference or pay homage to films, television, and popular culture as commentary and parody; they are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any film studio, network, rights holder, or brand. All referenced names and properties belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit our designs or Site content without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
