Refund policy
Because every DeepCut item is printed on demand specifically for you, we don't offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color — the item didn't exist until you ordered it. Please check our Size Guide before ordering; there's a chart for every item in its product description.
That said, we stand fully behind the quality of what we make.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back. Email us at help@deepcut.shop within one week of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll sort it out as fast as we can.
Refunds
Refunds are offered to customers who receive wrong or damaged items. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
We don't offer size or color exchanges at this time — please use the sizing charts before ordering. In the rare case that an item was mislabeled, let us know at help@deepcut.shop within a week of receiving your order, with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost in transit
If tracking shows your order never arrived, reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
Wrong shipping address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can send a replacement, but reshipping will be at your own cost.
