Shipping Policy
Every DeepCut item is printed on demand just for you — nothing sits in a warehouse. That means each order goes into production after you buy it, which affects timing. Here's exactly what to expect.
Production time
Your order is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your item ships. Mugs, apparel, and embroidered hats are each produced individually, so an order with multiple item types may ship in more than one package.
Shipping time
After production, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- Rest of world: 7–20 business days, depending on destination and local customs
In total, most orders arrive within 1–3 weeks of being placed. We ship worldwide.
Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking where available.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping charge to resend.
